Next, you sign up 3 affiliates for example. Each of these affiliates makes 3 sales, also priced at $100 per sale. You earn 25% commission on their first transactions:
3 affiliates x 3 sales each = 9 total sales
9 sales x $100 per sale = $900 in sales
25% commission on $900 = $225 earned
Tier 3: Sales by Affiliates Under Your Frontline (10% Commission)
Let’s assume your frontline affiliates (Tier 1) each sign up 2 more affiliates (your Tier 2), and these new affiliates also make 2 sales each. You earn 10% commission on these sales:
3 frontline affiliates x 2 new affiliates = 6 new Tier 2 affiliates
6 new affiliates x 2 sales each = 12 total sales
12 sales x $100 per sale = $1,200 in sales
10% commission on $1,200 = $120 earned
